Geo Cell Specifications for NHAI and MORTH Projects

Material specification: polymer (HDPE typical; novel-polymer alloys for high-performance applications), polymer density, environmental stress crack resistance, UV stability, carbon black content (minimum 2 percent for outdoor durability).
Geometry specification: cell height (50, 75, 100, 150, 200 mm depending on application), expanded cell dimensions, strip thickness (typically 1.2 to 1.5 mm), perforation pattern (perforated strips improve interlock with infill), surface texture (textured strips improve friction with infill).
Strength specification: weld strength (kN/m or N per weld depending on test method), tensile strength of strip, junction strength.
Documentation required: mill test certificates per batch, polymer grade certificate, weld strength test report, UV resistance certificate, GST invoice with HSN code, dispatch challan.
